Lumafield

Lumafield’s software and hardware give manufacturers and designers unprecedented visibility inside their products, making defects easy to identify.

Lumafield is a fast-growing startup, and as one of two designers I have a high level of ownership and autonomy in my work. The environment moves quickly, projects often start in gray areas, and priorities evolve fast. I’m trusted to take loosely defined problems, work resourcefully within constraints, and shape them into clear, thoughtful solutions that move the company forward. I also use AI intentionally where it adds value, whether to explore and research, or streamline repetitive tasks, while relying on design judgment, user needs, and collaboration to guide the decisions that matter.

In practice, that means I design across product, marketing, sales, and internal initiatives. More details on these different facets of design at Lumafield outlined below.

🏆 I joined Lumafield as a Senior Designer I was promoted to Senior Designer II and again to Design lead within two years of employment, reflecting my growing scope and impact on the team.
